It was a beautiful day to start an intentional yoga bliss day in collaboration with Calm AF along with yoga flow, flow dance meditation, sound baths, and a cacao ceremony sounded like an amazing way to spend a Saturday! It's was a perfect combination of movement, mindfulness, and connection, offering a chance to truly recharge and rejuvenate. Here's how you can make the most of it:

We started with a grounding intention: we wanted to focus within ourselves to find a deeper inner peace, releasing stress and connecting with your intuition.

We started to flow into yoga: Begin with a gentle yoga flow, focusing on mindful movement and connecting your breath to your body.

We embraced the cup of ceremonial cacao, prepared with intention and gratitude. Cacao is known for its mood-boosting properties and can deepen your connection to the present moment.

We have unleash our inner empowering dancers: We sank into dance flow meditation session which allowed us to move freely and intuitively, to express without judgment. This can be a powerful way to release emotional blockages and connect with your creative energy.
