Sound Healing Nidra
Sound healing Yoga Nidra is a powerful combination of two ancient practices that promote deep relaxation, stress reduction, and self-discovery. Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation that takes you on a journey through the different layers of your being, from the physical to the subtle. You remain conscious throughout the practice, even as your body enters a state of deep rest, similar to sleep. This allows you to access your subconscious mind, release tension, and cultivate a sense of inner peace.

Sound healing utilises the vibrations of instruments like gongs, singing bowls, chimes, and tuning forks to create a soothing and transformative experience. These sounds wash over you, gently massaging your body and mind, releasing blockages, and promoting a sense of harmony.

Tribal Primal Flow

Explore the depths of your body's natural rhythms and discover the boundless freedom of movement, guided by the elemental energies of Earth, Water, Fire, and Wind.

Tribal Primal Move is a dynamic and holistic training approach that blends functional movements with elements of primal movement, tribal dance, and mimics of animal movements. It's a full-body movement that emphasises natural, instinctive movements, fostering strength, agility, balance, and coordination.
The session takes place on the floor, utilising your hands, feet, and core to support your body weight. This encourages you to move in all directions and engage muscles you might not normally use in traditional exercises.
The movements are inspired by the way animals move – think of the crawling of a bear, the agility of a monkey, or the fluidity of a lizard. These movements are functional and primal, helping you to develop natural movement patterns.
This can be very engaging and encouraging to try something new and have plenty of fun!



Water Adventure - Paddleboards & Kayaks
We invite you on a water journey into the peaceful heart of the lakes and it’s islands with your choice of a canoe or paddleboard. We will find the perfect landing spot where we can light a warming fire and enjoy a cup of hot cacao and toast a marshmallow or two. Then sit back, relax, and watch the sunset light up the mountains as it fades away for the night. Surrounded by the silhouetted mountains and the local wildlife, you will build memories to last a lifetime.



Elemental Body Flow

This guided free-moving meditation practice invites you on a journey of self-expression and discovery through movement. It's a space where you can explore and express your inner landscape, how you truly feel, without judgement or expectation. This ecstatic, dance-like experience for embodiment and heightened consciousness allows you to connect deeply with your physical self and the present moment.

Imagine this: You're guided by evocative words and the rhythmic pulse of live drumming music. These elements intertwine, creating a dynamic and immersive atmosphere that encourages you to let go and move freely. There are no steps to learn, no choreography to follow. Instead, you're invited to listen to your body's wisdom, allowing it to guide your movements. Perhaps you'll sway gently, perhaps you'll leap and twirl, perhaps you'll find yourself exploring new ways of moving you never imagined.

It's a class where you'll break down the barriers between traditional dance forms and discover the exciting possibilities that arise when different styles meet. A dance fusion class is more than just a combination of steps; it's a creative exploration of movement, a celebration of diverse dance forms, and an opportunity to discover your own unique expression through dance. It's a chance to break free from traditional boundaries and experience the joy of movement in a fresh and exciting way.
