Please read this disclaimer carefully before registering for this Yoga Adventure Retreat - Elemental Water Journey

Participation in this retreat is voluntary and at your own risk. We encourage you to consult with your physician before participating in any strenuous activity.

We, the organizers of this yoga retreat, do not assume any liability for:

• Injuries or illnesses sustained during the retreat, including those arising from participation in yoga classes, workshops, or other activities.

• Loss or damage to personal property.

• Medical expenses incurred during or after the retreat.

• Any other risks or mishaps that may occur during the retreat.

You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for the following:

• Being in good physical and mental health to participate in the retreat.

• Informing the organizers of any pre-existing medical conditions or limitations that may affect your participation.

• Following all instructions and guidelines provided by the retreat staff.

• Practicing yoga and participating in other activities at your own pace and within your own limitations.

• Assuming full responsibility for your own safety and well-being throughout the retreat.

• Waver forms will have to be completed prior the retreat start. Forms will be emailed after full payment is made.

By registering for this yoga retreat, you agree to the terms of this liability disclaimer.

Additional Information:

• We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

• We reserve the right to modify the schedule or activities of the retreat at any time, due to unforeseen circumstances or for the safety and well-being of participants.

• This disclaimer is not intended to be a complete or exhaustive statement of all risks and liabilities associated with the yoga retreat.

Bookings and Payments

• To secure you booking you will be required to pay a non-refundable deposit of £85 for a single or share occupancy. Without a deposit we cannot guarantee a space.

• The remainder balance will have to paid by the 1st of June 2024 latest. We will be sending you a reminder email and text message. If the remainder payment is not paid in time. We will have to cancel your space. Please note that deposit is non-refundable.

• Please note that we can offer you a payment plan on request.

Cancellations

Please read this policy carefully before registering for this yoga retreat.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel your participation. To ensure fairness for both organizers and participants, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations Made:

Cancellation made before 1st of June 2024. You will get a full refund minus a non-refundable deposit payment of £85.

Cancellation made after 1st of June 2024. No refunds will be issued. This is to cover all reservation costs such as room, food, and activities that all already paid.

All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request.

Cancellation fees and deposit payments are non-negotiable.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation.
